ItsNobody — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Applies to the ItsNobody Android app and keyboard (package dev.itsnobody.typing)

ItsNobody is an Android keyboard that generates AI reply suggestions and, separately, offers an encrypted password manager with Autofill. This policy explains what data each part of the app touches, where it goes, and what stays on your device.

1. AI reply generation

2. Conversation context (opt-in)

To suggest relevant replies automatically, ItsNobody can read the visible conversation you're replying to. This requires you to grant one or both of the following Android permissions, both off until you turn them on in Settings:

This context is used solely to build the on-device AI prompt and is not transmitted anywhere or stored beyond the current suggestion request.

3. Password vault & Autofill (opt-in, separate feature)

4. Voice input

The keyboard's microphone button uses the standard Android speech-to-text service to transcribe voice into text. Audio is only captured while you are actively using the microphone button and is handled by the OS speech recognizer, not stored by ItsNobody.

5. What we don't do

6. Data retention & deletion

Model files, vault entries, and preferences are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data from Android Settings, removes all of it. If you enabled Personal style learning, disabling it and clearing app data removes any locally stored style data as well.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated and the new version published at this same URL.
